Seth & Cynthia Henschen
Seth Henschen grew up in Mason City, IA and Ames IA. Seth was saved at a young age in Mason City. Cynthia grew up in Iowa and Arizona. She was saved as a teenager after a revival at Heartland Baptist Church. Seth & Cynthia met and began dating at Ames High School. They both started attending HBC shortly after. They were married in July 2018. After much learning, discipleship, and encouragement from the HBC family, Seth & Cynthia moved to Missouri to attend college.
Seth & Cynthia graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO in May 2022. Seth with a B.S. in Pastoral Studies and Cynthia with a B.S. Early Childhood Education. During their time in Springfield Seth worked at Cherry Street Baptist Church, where they attended.
In June 2022, Seth & Cynthia returned to Iowa and Seth started working in the Young Adult Ministry at HBC. Seth and Cynthia both love to read and play board games. They are thrilled to minister to the young adults at HBC.
